What are captions?

Are captions required?

What are transcripts?

Will the transcripts be good enough?

I have purchased and owned a copy of video in DVD.  Can I add captions to my DVD?

What can I do if I do not have the copyright?

What are the publishers' responsibilities?

What will I hear from them?

What can I do if the publisher does not reply?
